The research findings of several University of Iowa scientists were featured on the front cover of the Royal Society of Chemistry's Chemical Communications journal.

The paper is titled "Effect of silver electrode wetting state on oxygen reduction electrochemistry." Authors include Austin McKee, Avik Samanta, Alan Rassoolkhani, Jonathan Koonce, Wuji Huang, Jacob Fields, Scott K. Shaw, Joseph Gomes, Hongtao Ding, and Syed Mubeen. Several of the authors are affiliated with the Iowa Technology Institute as faculty researchers or graduate research assistants.
